Since a lot of our recent files on habit are in PowerPoint format I thought that I would share some useful bits of software for those of you who don’t have Microsoft Office.

First of all there is a PowerPoint Viewer from Microsoft, it’s free of charge and is a very hand bit of kit to have, although it’s only for windows.

Secondly we have OpenOffice. This is a free equivalent for Microsoft Office. It does everything that Microsoft office can do and can come in very handy! It is available for every Operating system, however the Mac version is a bit behind!

Lastly for the Mac users out there we have Neo Office. This is basically the same as open office but is designed for the Mac.
